Jamie Upton

Jamie is a proud palawa man from the North East Coast of lutruwita/Tasmania. He brings 30 years of experience in community services and leadership.

His approach starts with relationships. He practises servant leadership putting the needs of people and community first and expects the same of the organisations he works with.

Jamie believes meaningful reconciliation needs truth, courage and accountability. Good intentions matter, but it's decisions, resourcing and follow through that create change.
